IDANIA GARCIA
“Hi, my name is Idania and I would like to tell you some things about me.
I am originally from Mexico, I lived in different states during my childhood, then for work reasons I lived in Guadalajara city. Then I met my now husband, who is Irish, and has lived in Italy half his life. I decided one day to move to Italy and get married.
Now I have lived in Tuscany for the past 12 years, raising my two daughters in a place where history, art, gastronomy and architecture join together to form the country with more heritage sites than any other.
I live in the country side, one of those places you find in Post Cards, surrounded by wild life, wild orchids and poppies during spring and sunflowers in the summer.
I decided to become a tour guide cause I am proud of my adoptive town, Siena. Because is a unique place where the quality of life and beauty can’t be unnoticed.”
WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US
Idania took our family on a 3 hour tour of Siena. We saw all the highlights without overwhelming our children. She was very knowledgeable and kept both the adults and the children engaged. She also recommended an excellent restaurant and a gelateria for dessert. We highly recommend using her for your tour!
